Cancellation/Refund Policy
Deposit: An appointment deposit of $25 is required when scheduling your appointment and to secure your appointment date and time. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service upon completion

Notification of Cancellation: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request a 24-hour notice in advance. We can be contacted via phone at 772-353-1446 or via email at cshivers@crystalclearsignatures.com

No Shows: A "no show" occurs when the signer fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification or cancels with less than 24 hours notice. In such cases, the appointment deposit is forfeited for the first occurrence.
